CP9: Motion Path Animation different on HTML5 output to SWF

Hi all,

Having an issue where I have a slide in CP9 (non-responsive - timeline below - apologies for lack of naming convention!) the idea is that the timeline plays and information comes in from the right and on the click of the button the timeline resumes and the information heads off screen to the left, the buttons along the top are cpCmndResume and the smartshape under them takes the user back to a menu.  Also, the 'fly in from right and fly in from left' are a save effect to ensure the same distance of travel on all objects on the page.

On SWF output this seems to work perfectly, on HTML5 output the text captions don't complete the motion path they seem to stall as if the 'pause' in the buttons is too early.

Does anyone have any thoughts on what this is?

Correct answer RodWard

I think you may be running into a current bug with Captivate 9 and Effects.

Try lengthening the duration of the flyin and flyout effects to 2 seconds each and see if that resolves the issue.

If it does, it's likely to be the known issue that others have also reported.

Thank RodWard!

I was just in the process of doing this when you messaged - my timeline looks as below now and works perfectly:

Glad to know I wasn't going mad! Right... Now to do the other 16 slides...

Thanks for your help!
