Disable progress bar make me bug

Hi,

When I disable the global bar progress, my project don't play and i got this screen

 I really dont understand why.

It is just a bug in local on my computer. When I put all files on my website, no problem.

I could't see an answer immediately, because just disabling a progress cannot lead to an eternal loading icon AFAIK. Was this about viewing the published version locally, or while using Preview HTML in browser. In the first case, local viewing can lead to such discrepancy, but Preview HTML in Browser not.
