Christy, Faster Course have a free responsive template (cptx) that is good, called Mountains_Free

Again, a cptx file is NOT a template. Templates (cptl-files) should be avoided at this moment, cause too much troubles.

As for CP2017 themes for responsive design with Fluid Boxes will be totally different from themes for Breakpoint Viexs.
