Can we open mp4 files in Captivate 2019 and it will convert audio to text? Plesae respond asap.

The answer is: NO.

Captivate does allow you to add MP4 files to a project, but it does not automatically convert the audio in the video into text for Closed Captioning etc. You would need to do that using other software applications or else manually transcribe the audio into text.
