Dowloaded captivate templates has a locked sign

When I download my captivate templates which I intend to use for training purposes, they appear to have a locked sign and I am unable to open them. What can I do?

    Sorry but about which 'templates' are you talking? Captivate itself has no 'templates' in the package, only themes. At this moment I do not recommend using templates, cptl-files because there are several issues.

    Thank you for your response. I am actually referring to the templates found in the Elearning assets link. When I download templates from the elearning assest, it has a locked sign and am unable to open it up.

    THey don't give templates but only cptx-files. You should ask on the eLearning Brosters website. They could help you.
