Downloading Adobe Captivate 2017

In trying to download the nw version, I'm getting this on my screen:

What do I do now? It's not downloading because it seems to be waiting for me to enter something, but what?

Since it didn't work with Google Chrome, I tried Firefox and that worked.

I had the same issue using Internet Explorer, but was successful when I downloaded using Google Chrome.
