Drag and Drop grayed out?

For some reason the Drag and Drop option is grayed out. Might this be because I am working with the Responsive Design format in Captivate 8?

In the first version of 8 Drag&Drop was not possible, it was in the second version. Can you check the exact version number?

We are using Adobe Captivate 8 Version 8.0.0.145.

Sorry, just back, but you figured it out. The last version was 8.0.3.
