Are the eLearning Assets free for users of Adobe Captivate 8? Our company purchase some licenses of this version and we don´t know if we are able to use the Characters available through the internet.

It is a new feature of CP9. You have a whole bunch of Characters in CP8, but only those, not the extra that are available for CP9 users.
