Email Quiz Results?

I am a fairly new user to Captivate and have run into an issue I cannot seem to figure out.  When I set up a quiz to report results via email, the button functions just as it should in preview mode.  However, when I produce and then review using Firefox or IE 7, the email button for the quiz results does not work.  The buttons I have manually placed to send an email work fine. It is only the one created during the creation of the quiz that is not working.  Any thoughts?

One thought - search the forum for this issue. It's covered repeatedly. There may be a fix! Or maybe not.

In short, email capability in CP is truly hit-or-miss. If it works for you, count it as a bonus. If not, well, it just won't.
