Error and application crashes when attempting to preview or publish my project. Any ideas?

I am using Captivate 2019 to create a quiz with 21 slides and 19 questions. Any ideas on how to fix this problem would be very much appreciated!

CP2019 is the name for a lot of releases, please check the full version number under Help, About Captivate. It is possible that your release is missing a patch or even incompatible with your present OS. Which OS (and version) do you use?

Have you tried the common troubleshooting steps; clearing cache, cleaning Preferences? More information in:

You talk about Preview, which methods did you use? Is this a responsive or a non-responsive project?
