Error occurs, but I don´t know why

Hello,

I wanted to publish my project by converting it into a mp4 to save it on my computer. But whenever I tried it, this error message occurs that says, there would be a mistake in the project and if it stays I should contact the support. I couldn´t find any mistake. Can anybdy help me please?

Can you please offer some more details? Which version are you using, and on which OS?  Since you publish to a passive video format I suspect that it is a non-responsive project. Can you insert a screenshot of the error, please?

This is the message I get. It says the project contains an error that´s why it cannot be expoorted. It is a non-responsive project. I´m using version 12.0.0.117. What do you mean with OS? I´m using a windows PC

OS is operating system. Which windows version.

Something is wrong with your CP version number. The latest version is 10.0.0.219. I suspect you mean that version? You can write in German, but I'll answer in English/

Do you Run Captivate as Administrator? Use the right-click menu on the launch icon to find that option.

Are saving files and cache in folders on your system? You can check the paths in Preferences, General settings.

Is this happening only to one project or to all projects?
