I am experiencing two issues with tests in our LMS (SABA Cloud):

A learner fails the test, but the retake button does not appear although it is programmed into the cptx file.
A learner fails the test, selects the retake button, but the radio buttons/test interaction is locked. They can see the questions, but they cannot make selections.

Notes:

We are using Captivate 8
A single question pool was used
In LMS Advanced Settings "Never Send Resume Data" and "Set exit to normal after completion" are selected, other selections under Advanced Settings are not selected.
In Quiz Settings "Allow Backward Movement" and "Allow User to Review the Quiz" are selected
In Pass or Fail settings "Infinite Attempts" and "Show Retake Button" are selected.

Have you removed or replaced any of the default components in the quiz question slides?

E.g. Question Title caption or Question caption.

I have changed the headers that say the question type, (i.e. Multiple Choice) to "Knowledge Check!", and I have changed the text on the default "correct answer", "incorrect answer", and "retry" captions.

When you say "changed", do you mean you replaced those captions or just edited the text they contained.

Select these captions in each quiz question slide and look at the Object Type name in Properties tab, Each question slide MUST have an object called Question Title and another called Question.
