I have a project built in CP4 that I am trying to publish and upload to my LMS. When I look at the Output Options dialog box after selecting publish the option to "Export HTML" is greyed out and I can't select it. When I publish the course this way the designated html file does not launch the SWF. Is there a way to re-activate this option in the Ouput Options dialog? I have tried all kinds of things and can't seem to get it re-activated. I have noticed that it is available in other projects and it is also available if I start a new project, so it seems like it is something in the settings for this project perhaps?
Thanks,
Whitney
There may be nuance to this, but if I'm publishing a SCORM-compliant project for uploading into an LMS, I always select the option to publish to a .zip file. That seems to keep CP...correct in it's SCORM publishing.
Then if you want to test the lesson outside the LMS, just unzip the .zip...
Helps?

Hi Whitney
Is it possible that you have also enabled the "Full Screen" option?
Cheers... Rick

Rick:
No, full screen option is not checked. No other option is checked in that section. Interestingly there are two options that are greyed out:
Export HTML
Generate autorun for CD
The other options are unchecked, but still available:
Zip files
Full screen
Send PENS notification
Export PDF
Thanks,
Whitney

Erik:
Thanks very much. That seemed to work just fine and solve the issue. I was deliberately not zipping the presentation because I have several flv files in there and the final zip fil was about 25MB. There is a 20MB limit to upload in one file for my LMS so I had just been publishing it to a folder and then zipping the files into several smaller zips and then re-assembling it. By zipping it originally in CP and then taking out the flv files before uploading it to the LMS all the problem seemed to be solved.
Thanks again for this! Much appreciated,
Whitney
