Files published by Captivate not working--- getting a "zip file contained no courses" message. Help?

Well, I can't deny I find this very annoying, so I am hoping someone can help.

I created several .cpt files with no problem during the Adobe trial run. Now that I have committed to the year, I can still publish the file with no problem, but if I upload it to Canvas, it goes unrecognized. Then I tested it on SCORM Cloud- I got a message that says, "zip file contained no courses". I have now spent the last 5 hours thinking I was overlooking something. I am not. I even double-checked to see that my payment went through. It did.

I published the files the same way, I uploaded them the same way, and two different media do not recognize anything being published now. I have tried multiple times, and an earlier version worked perfectly fine.  For some reason, I cannot get the files to work now. The index.html file and any other folders I have seen previously are there.

Can someone please advise? I don't know why this is happening

This issue is usually due to the LMS not being able to find the imsmanifest.xml file at the root level of the zip file.

If you publish directly to SCORM zip format from Captivate it creates the zip file with the manifest in the correct location.  However, if you publish to your hard drive and then zip the published output yourself, the results may vary.

So, did you zip the file or did Captivate do it for you?
