Free Trial of Captivate

I am trying to trail use Captivate as I am already assessing Captivate Prime the LMS platform but everytime I put in my Singapore phone number which is requested in US format (cool with that though) it auto converts to Singapore format (no hyphens) I have tried on 3 browsers and turned autofill offbut to no avail and therefore no download to trial. What can I do I need an authoring tool for LMS and thought logically I should use Captivate? Please help
