Generate prints - Adobe Captivate 2019

Hello,

I have a problem. Since I actualized Captivate to version 2019, I can't generate print documents. When I try to do this, appears a message with the following text:

"Publish to MS Word failed. Retry after ensuring that:

- The document is not open.

- You have installed Microsoft word. "

I have WPS Office. But my work partner have the same Version of Captivate and the same WPS office, and not Microsoft word, and it works when she generate a print.
