Go to Slide interaction not working

Hi, 

I am still learning Captivate 12. I am having a lot of difficulties getting the buttons to work correctly. I added a new slide in and changed the interaction of the button to go to the slide I just created. When I preview it, the project skips the slide I want it to go to and goes to the one after it. This has been happening constantly on any new slides I'm adding to the project. I've worked on this for hours trying to find a way to make it work correctly. I've tried restarting the project and even uninstalling and reinstalling the program.

I've added some attachements inculding a video of what's happening. Is there anything I'm missing?

I am not sure, but it looks like you are talking about an inserted quiz slide, not a normal content slide?

It's going to a quiz slide, but I have set it up  (I think) to go to a slide with a flipcard widget. Basically what I'm trying to do is add more content before users get to the quiz. The project just keeps skipping ahead to the quiz no matter what I sent the interactions to be.

Personally I keep to Captivate Classic, because it has all the features I need, which is not the case with version 12.

My 'intuition' tells me that the problem is linked to the quiz slide. What are the quiz preferences?
