Question

How can you set document properties (Title, Author, and so on) in the output PDF file?

Is there a way to set the PDF document properties in a presentation saved by Adobe Presenter 10 without subsequently editing the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Professional?

I'm exploring a trial version of AP10. As far as I learned, you can set the presentation title and summary (this one I cannot locate actually) that are shown at the top of the sidebar (via PowerPoint > Adobe Presenter > Tools > Settings > Presentation > Appearance > Title, Summary), but I cannot find the controls that would allow me to set the PDF document properties. Does anyone know how to do that?

Thanks.

Hi There,

Once you have entered the details under "Adobe Presenter > Tools > Settings > Presentation > Appearance" then during "Publish to Adobe PDF" you will see an option "Slide Manager" (You can also see it in the toolbar). Under "Presnted by " you can set it for each slide.

I think I was misunderstood.

I'm trying to find a way to set the properties (Title, Author, Subject, Keywords) seen on the below screen-shot from within Adobe Presenter:

These are generic PDF document properties, not Adobe Presenter Specifics.

Hi There,

Apologies for misunderstanding your question.

As such there is no option to set those in Adobe Presenter 10 .  You can try the above method and see if it suites your requirement.
