How do I convert a Captivate 8 project to MP4??

I have seen many how to guides showing drop downs and options to publish a project to MP4 but these do not display for me???

Is there a potential setting issue or has anyone else been caught not being able to save as MP4- the only option i see is HTML.

That is not possible, you have to restart from scratch, use assets from the

library.
