How do I disable/remove the toolbar and menus in Acrobat 9.x?

The toolbar and menus are making the files crash in Solaris 11 when magnification is used or a menu item is selected.

I'm posting it in both places, actually. I've published my Captivate 6 modules to Acrobat 9.x, but they break when I open them in Solaris 11.

You can remove the playbar in Captivate, using the Skin editor. What do you mean by 'menus'?
