Hello Pedro,

Open the Property Inspector for one mouse object, you will be able to change the  Click sound for single and double click (there are 2 mp3-files available for Click sounds in the Gallery, but you can also browse to another file). See the yellow highlighted button in the screenshot. After that you can apply this to all the mouse objects by using the small arrow top right (highlighted in blue).

As far as I know the mouse object is not available in the Object Style Manager. Except perhaps by using templates, I do not see a quick way to change the mouse click sound definitely for new projects.

Hi there

When I saw Lilybiri's post I smiled as I knew that wasn't what you were looking for. The reason is because yesterday I headed down the same path she did and finally realized you wanted to control the sound at playback for clicking the Click Box or Button.

I'm not 100% sure it can easily be done. I thought perhaps I could substitute a desired sound file in the Gallery where Captivate is installed, but that proved futile on my own testing. Even though the file was different, I still got the old clicking sound.

Maybe Lilybiri or another Captivate person knows of a setting I'm unaware of to control this.

Cheers... Rick

Hey Rick you gave me the answer

go to

APLICATIONS

                    >adobe captivate

                                            > Gallery

                                                           > mouse

                                                                        > Clicksounds

-there just remove the actual mouse.mp3

-make (or chose ) another sound as you like in mp3

and place it in this folder with the name " mouse.mp3 "

and you can add everything you want as a sound click

regards

Perfect! I'd tried before but I didn't think of renaming my new file with the default name "Mouse" which is the file that Cp loads in the properties panel.

Thanks
