Hyperlinking an External Document to a Published Captivate SCORM File

New Here ,
Feb 15, 2022 Feb 15, 2022

My organization uses hyperlinks a lot. We use them as plain text, images, buttons, you name it. In the past few weeks we noticed that if we use a hyperlink to a file that is located on our Intranet page, we could NOT access the file. We can access Intranet web pages, we can access these files on a web server, but we cannot access files that reside on the Intranet that have their own URL inside of a LMS that has been SCORM-wrapped. Has anyone had this issue with Captive or their LMS?

We don't link to files on an Intranet, but to files on the Internet all the time. Press F12 in the browser and see if there are any errors in the console when clicking the link.

Thanks for the info. I tired the F12  key and while I recived good information, it didn't lend itself to a solution. I appreciate the advice!

What happens, nothing?

What if you create an intrnet page that has links to the documents and then link to that page from the course.
