I have published my captivate project as a video but am told that it is not playing as it should on our internal web server - any ideas why that might be?

    Do you mean publish to MP4? What exactly is not playing as it should?

    Hi, yes I've published to video and created a MP4 file.  When I view the file directly on my laptop, it plays fine but when I upload to the server and view via a URL, it doesn't advance properly.

    Hi, it is created from a cptx file and the mp4 file is 12,767 KB.


    Not a big video at all, strange that it doesn't play well on the server. Server fully supporst H264?
