Images importing blurry into Captivate 9

I read a lot of information on this topic, but couldn't find a solution. I'm importing png images that have been PS into themed master slides into Captivate 9.01.320. When I do the images are coming in fuzzy/blurry in parts. I've already tried changing the slide quality to all the different qualities, but that didn't help. I've tried jpg and png and neither worked. Any other suggestions?

You have best result when you import the images at exactly the needed size in px. Do not rescale in Captivate.

Could you post a screenshot?

If possible (depends on type of image) use SVG, especially if you are talking about a responsive project.

Hello,

I'm not rescaling in captivate. The images are sometimes to large, and I'm resizing down. It's a project with combination slides, software simulation, regular project slides, audio throughout. I've attached the images where the computer screens are blurry, but they're not on the images outside Captivate or the import. Blurry Images

SIzing down is rescaling...that is what I meant by importing in exact the wanted size.

Sorry, I'm on Jive forums, they don't support attachments.

okay. I'll try importing the exact size of the template image. I didn't know you had to import the exact size photo to avoid any issues. I'll try to figure out the size since it's the template created.

I'm importing the images/photos, closer to the the sizes of the boxes (can't get right on), and the blurry/fuzziness goes away. Thanks.
