import and edit a video in .flv format uing captivate

    Captivate is NOT a video editor but an eLearning authoring tool.

    You have to tell the version you are using. FLV is only used in Captivate when a video is inserted and you'll publish to SWF. Since Flash is losing to HTML5 output, that format will soon disappear.
