Increase Or Decrease The Time For All Slides At Once

Question

My users want to control the pace of the demo. Is there a way that a viewer can control the speed apart from using the pause and back buttons? What I mean is this, is there a way to increase or decrease the time for all slides at once?

Default time of a slide is 3 seconds. If you have a Next button on each slide (can be put on master slide) learner can stay on the slide as long as needed or continue immediately by clicking the Next button which will pause the slide.

I don't know why you think this should be done by decreasing/increasing slide duration?
