Installation cannot be continue as the installer file may be damaged

I am unable to install Adobe Captivate 2019 on my Mac OS Catalina. After downloading the file twice thinking it was corrupted, I still get the following error message: "The Installation cannot continue as the installer file may be damaged. Download the installer file again.". Though I have done that, I keep getting the same error.

Can you please use the below link to download Adobe Captivate and then try to install and see if that works-
