Too little information to give any answer, may be the reason why no one tried.
What do you mean by 'reproduce'? Are you talking about publishing the video or about Previewing it?
If it is about a published output, you need to upload the output to a webserver for testing.
If it is about Preview, you need to use exclusively the Preview HTML in Browser (F11).
You are the first to mention such a problem on this forum. You tagged 'Advanced actions'? Did you use advanced actions on the Overlay content or Knowledge Check slides? If yes, please give more details.

Hello Lilybiri thanks for your help.
Thanks for your help.
When I go to preview or publishing my interactive in html5, this video plays correctly until some overlay slides jump. This jumps are random, every new visualization can change the slide it jumps.
Mi videos format is MP4, it's 11minutes.
Mi project have a 41 slides including seven overlay slides.
I created a new project for testing whith only this video and it's overlay slides can reproduce correctly if i put the overlay slides in the first seconds of the video, but when put in the correct place along the video, the video jump some slides randomly.
I'dont know what can i do.
I didn't use advanced actions it was a mistake

Not sure what is going awry. I have some interactive videos on my blog. Here is a link to one of them, which is about the same duration:
It has both content and Knowledge Overlay slides. Can you try it out?My tips about this video were in:

Which browser did you use? For the published video it is important to upload it to a webserver (that is the case for the fist link I posted), did you do that or just watched it locally?
Is the video embedded or did you use a YouTube video?

Hello, I can watch your video, but i don't know how many overlay slides have the project, they might not see all. I watched the published video locally, but the problem is the same as in preview. My browser is google chrome. I've testing with mozilla but the overlays doesn't appear in the correct place. The video is embedded, I believe that the video's format is the origin of the problem. Actually i exported the video in premiere pro with the next configuration: format- H.264 , Match source adaptive high bitrate, 1920x1080 I'm testing now with H264-facebook 1080fullhd, unfurtunately the problem in the complete project is the same, but if I copy and paste in a new project only the video and overlay slides it reproduce well. The weight of the complet project is 3,41 GB, maybe is too heavy. Do you recomend reproduce it by Vimeo? it can solve the problems?

For sure that enormous file size could be the culprit. Maybe you talk about the file size of the raw cptx file, but even in that case that seems exaggerating. Almost no one will be able to view at full HD, because viewing happens in a browser or a LMS, and there is space needed for the UI of those.
What is the size of the published project? You can find an estimation of that size in the Project Info panel (to be opened from the Window menu).

The complete project have, 40 slides, 1 event video and 1 interactive video (7 overlay slides)
cptx- 3.48 GB
HTML- 1920.45 MB
I try reproduce a single project with only interactive video in a light format. But the problem is the same, jump 1 overlay slide when it's reproducing.
I don't know if the problem is the video duration or the number of overlay slides or others.

The interactive video for which I gave you the link, is only 12MB, compared with your huge 2GB, I have no doubt anymore about the origin of the problems.

I've reduced my project in a little file 90mb, the problem persist. The first preview when open captivate, run well, but the next preview jump some overlay slides. I've tested the same process exporting the project, the first reproducction can view well, but the following wrong.
Could it be a browser problem?

Sorry but I am still struggling with the used terminology, maybe due to your native language not being English. At least that is the case for me.
What do you mean by 'preview'? And by 'reproduction'?
If you mean a real Preview, which method did you use? To be close to the real output the only recommended Preview method is F11, Preview HTML in Browser.
Is 'reproduction' done by refreshing the browser?

Sorry probably i havent used the correct terminology.
Preview-F11
Reproduction- Doble click in index (export file)
Every new preview, I'm closing the browser and i erase the cache.

Double-clicking the index.html file means that you try local viewing after publishing. That is NOT a good idea, the published output needs to be uploaded to a webserver. It may work once, when you get the invitation just after publishing. But double-clicking the index.html file will sometimes not even launch the project as I have experienced multiple times.
F11 as Preview is great. After publishing you need to upload to a webserver for real testing, not running it locally from localhost.

Up to now, i'm working in the project. I'm previewing (f11) and i've exported to the hard drive and playing from Index file.

So when you said the "first preview" everything works fine, is this first preview done with F11 (Preview in Browser) but the second 'preview' which does not work properly is done by exporting to the hard drive and launching the index.html file? Is that correct?

The first preview (f11) when open captivate works fine, and the second preview (f11) doesn't work.
When exporting the first play (index) reproduce fine, but the next jump some overlay slides.
The overlay slides jumps randomly, they're knowledge questions.

The localhost is the same. localhost:52231

Yes...yes...but how does the video now perform? Does it still skip slides when you are viewing it from a browser with localhost?

Yes, it jumps one overlay slide.

OK. Then the issue cannot be related to whether or not you are viewing the content in a web server environment.
My next question is whether any of these slides have Advanced Actions that are executed ON Slide Enter. Can you check and confirm whether this is the case?

@RodWard I already tried to get an answer to that: if the Overlay slides are using advanced actions. No answering.

The overlay slides are a kowledge questions and drag and drop slides. I did't use advanced actions. Now I'm testing new interactive video more light and with 4 overlay slides, and the problem is the same. When close Captivate and run again, the first preview watch fine. Thats very confuse!. Probably the localhost/preview run fine only once.

I would send an email to captivatehelp@adobe.com and see if there is a technical reason why this project isn't working as expected. The fact that it works once but not on subsequent attempts suggests you may have found a bug. Lieve, Rod and I have no way of solving those types of problems.
