Hello all, I have the problem that an interactive video in Nogle on Umbraco is not marked as completed when all slides have been viewed. I have now gone through all the possibilities I know of and cannot find the error. On another platform with Tin Canny and LearnDash the marking as completed works. In the Scorm Cloud preview via Captivate, some errors are displayed. Unfortunately I can only take screenshots as the log export and download does not work. Various screenshots as well as the LMS Preview XML file from the Scorm Cloud attached. What am I doing wrong?
Many greetings

Check the option 'Reporting' at the bottom of the Properties panel for the button. You can edit the score there as well. Then edit the Reporting section of Quiz Preferences to include the requirement to have the quiz passed. Passing score can be set under Quiz Preferences, Pass or Fail.

Can you show a screenshot of Quiz Preferences, Reporting?

Hi, I've added a screenshot of the preferences. I hope this is what you mean. Unfortunately I only use the german version of captivate, so i hope it helps. Otherwise just let me know 🙂
Thank you.

The completion requirement is based only on slides visit. That leads sometimes to issues with some LMSs. A possibility to fix this is to add a mimicked quiz, which can be a simple button with an attached score, which needs to be clicked by the learner (like an Exit button) to finish the course. You can add the requirement in that case to have passed the quiz with 100% passing score. Make sure that button needs to be clicked, and appears only when all video have been viewed.
You limited the slide views to 90%, any reason for that particular amount?

Thanks for the reply. I guess this got me in the right direction. 🙂 The only thing I don't find out yet it is, what exactly I need to put on the (exit-)button to send a "complete"state or "score". I could imagine that i need to execute an advanced action for the button, right? But in this case I'm not sure what I would need to put in.
