Issue of quiz on exit after 1st attempt from lms

I have Quiz 70% passing. 

Random 10 Questions coming from 25 questions distributed in 6 pools

Kept 3 attempts for passing

Facing issue when I exit after 1st fail attempt from result slide and come back:

I am not able to proceed my question appears as last option selected and can not proceed after submit.

in normal case Quiz should reset for remaining 2 attempts.

please help

Resetting quiz slides needs to be done with the Retake button on the Score slide. Do you have a visible score slide and did you activate that button?

Good practice is to have at least one slide aftr the score slide as well.

Hi,

There is retake button but scenario is on relult page after geting 1st Failure message. I Exit the course.

Then I launch course- then the issue is replicating which I explained above

Do you use a LMS? Did you keep bookmarking?

Yes testing on SCORM Cloud

also kept bookmarking.

Do you have Self-Paced Learning bookmarking turned on in the Project > Skin Editor > TOC settings?  

If so, turn that off then republish and test again.  Having both LMS Resume Data Bookmarking as well as Self-Paced Learning bookmarking turned on at the same time can cause conflicts.

Hopefully not in combination with the cookies bookmarking which you can have by activating Self-paced learning in the TOC?

Did you edit the score slide anyway? Which theme are you using? If it is a custom theme, was it created in this version of Captivate or at least updated to the present version?
