Issues with quiz reporting using Captivate 8 and the Towers Watson LMS

We are currently using Captivate 8 and publishing our files in AICC. We are also using the Towers Watson LMS.  We set up our quizzes for 80% to pass and have given 20 chances to pass this quiz.  When we test in Towers and fail the score automatically moves to the transcript and gives green check or red check and a failing score.  We have tried many different configurations in the LMS as well as Captivate and we still cannot fix the issue. Below are the screen shot of our last test.   Any suggestions?

Any reason why you're not using SCORM instead of AICC?

Have you tried setting the Status Representation to Incomplete > Pass/Failed?  If your course modules have a quiz at the end, that would seem to me to be the most logical one to choose.
