Issues with responsive project output

Hi Everyone

I'm quite new to Captivate and had started by creating non-responsive projects, outputting to SWF zip files and uploading to our LMS.  Everything worked fine, however I  wanted a good template to use, so downloaded the 'clean' template from the assets store (eLearning Bros).

This template is responsive which I didn't particularly want, but as I like the template I decided that I would go ahead and use responsive.

I previewed my project in the SCORM cloud, everything works fine including the drag and drop and click to reveal interactions I have added into the template.  Then I have published my files, and this is where the difference seems to start.  First off, there is no SWF option as with a regular project output - looks like it only publishes HTML5 zip files.  An article I read on Captivate, said best practice is to use SWF as it creates less issues with LMS's.  No worry though, I output and load the file into our LMS.  Everything looks ok, however the click to reveal does not work in the LMS.  When this was previewed on SCORM cloud it worked fine, but in our LMS (Litmos) the buttons will highlight and not do anything.

So I'm not sure what to do here.  I tried copying over all slides to a non-responsive project, and for the most part this looks good, however it causes the click to reveal boxes to jump all over the place.

Its probably important to say that I'm not looking for any reporting actions from Captivate and SCORM files back to our LMS.  I don't need to have questions and assessments reporting back to our LMS as I am hosting our assessments in our LMS.  I am simply looking to have a great looking template which launches from our LMS as a SCORM file (due to our LMS not having great authoring tools) and have interactions like the drag and drop and click to reveal.

Is there an issue with the way I am outputting?  Or would it be best to just go and adjust all the slides into a non-responsive file?  I'm trying to get a course loaded for publishing this week for our users.

Did you set it to report to the LMS as a SCORM package?  The error you see is commonly due to the zip file not being a valid SCORM.

That was the issue which i resolved last night. I need to remember to ensure Scorm 1.2 is selected even for my test sample courses.

Thank you for responding 😊
