Issues with the SCORM Cloud Preview

Hello All:

I have built a Simple Random Question pool quiz.

It runs and, from a Captivate 9 perspective, it works fine when previewing it locally.

The issue comes in when I attempt to preview it in the SCORM cloud. The program uploads and runs as it should. BUT when I try to get the results, I am getting an error

The Enable Reporting in Preferences are set as follows

Any Ideas about the problem???

Hello Cozmicone:

There is good news and not so good news on trying to resolve the issue.

The problem went away after I installed the new CivetWeb.exe, completely cleared the cache, rebooted the machine an reopened Captivate. I closed the preview, saved and closed the project, and closed Captivate.

The next time I opened Captivate, Norton flagged CivetWeb.exe as a vicious Malware item and attempted to remove it. I disallowed the removal and verified that CivetWeb.exe was still in the folder. I reran the project and got the error again.

I have asked the engineers (Tarun specifically, who has been a BIG help) about it  and am awaiting any . So, it does appear that the issue does seem to be a conflict between CivetWeb.exe and Norton

I have a brand new Captivate 9. When I attempt to run Preview in SCORM Cloud, it starts the process of creating/uploading the files. Then, I get an error message "Please check the Internet connection". Any ideas?

Not exactly sure.... can you send a screen shot of the error message?

Is there a chance you've renamed or deleted the file CivetWeb.exe? Renaming or deleting the file was a solution for the issue regarding the Firewall settings always appearing each time Captivate 8 and 9 loaded, but doing this means that getting results from SCORM Cloud won't work.

Good to know that you at least know what the problem is.
