Jeopardy in Captivate 9

Hi How can I use Jeopardy interaction in captivate 9? I am able to add the questions but do not see a Save or Ok button.

    I had the same/similar issue of not seeing the SAVE button after entering all the questions and answers, and not being able to get back to the main project - essentially getting stuck in the widget. Apparently it's a screen resolution issue. When I changed my screen resolution, I was able to see the button. Additionally, before I found out about that, I was able to hit the enter button, and the interaction saved, but that doesn't seem to work all the time. Google screen resolution for widgets and see what you find.

    Hi I'm having the same problem. I've tried to change my resolution, I do have the current version of Captivate installed etc, etc.

    There are SO many bugs with this program. I spent a lot of time entering questions and now they're all lost. Next time, I will put the questions in word first. 

    Did you ever get yours figured out?

    Was 9 the first version that you installed? If you installed over a previous version, or installed a patch to 9.0.2.437, did you follow the release notes? The Learning Interactions are pushed when having updates, are you connected to Internet and not behind a firewall that will prevent automatic updating of the Interactions?

    Thanks for your reply. I had installed Captivate 8 earlier. This is a trial version of Captivate 9. I did follow all he instuctions while installing and there is no firewall.

    In that case, if you are on Windows (I'm not a Mac user) look in Public documents for the folder Adobe\eLearning assets\Interactions_9_0. What is the date for the interactions? You could delete that folder, normally a new copy will be made and hopefully possible updates will be pushed. The original folder is in the installation folder of Captivate, you could also try to open an interaction from that folder (using Insert, Widget) to check if that version is more recent and working as expected.


    Thanks for your response. I deleted the Interactions_9_0 folder. This got recreated but I am still unable to view the submit / save buttoms in Jeopardy. I am not sure how to use the Insert Widget. Is there any help available on this? Also can you let know any other possibility to resolve this issue
