Licence not showing in LWS

I purchased a licence from Captivate and have folllowed the registration instructions to set up an account with LWS, when I click through to retreive the serial number the Deploy to ID is already filled in with, I assume, my organisation ID and recognises me as the user but no serial numbers appear when I click search, nor can I amend any of the drop down menu options, like product name.

 

As it stands I cannot access the software I have paid for, so help required

Are you sure this is a perpetual license for Captivate? Maybe it is a subscription license, which doesn't require a serial number but just that corrcct Adobe ID.
