I am creating a tutorial using MS PP. I uploaded the slides, and for some reason even though I clicked link automatically, they are not linked. How can I get the slides linked after the PP is already uploaded?
Thank you in advance.
I see, can you double-check that nothing is left in the PPT about clicking? You don't see a click box in the PPT imported slides? Look at the Timeline panel. If there is a Click box, delete it.

As many know, I never use PPT slides for an eLearning project. But for the sake of experts who could help you, what do you mean by 'link automatically'?

Hi, by link automatically I mean slides to move to the next slide without mouse click.
Thank you.

Lilybiri, I removed the clickbox and was able to solve the problem.
Thank you for your answer.
Have a great day.

I wonder if people ever do a search before asking a question.
There are hundred of questions about PowerPoint in the forum.
There is also Stack overflow, a very good place to find solutions to difficult problems.
Powerpoint and Captivate are not a good mix.
DuckDuckGo! is you friend. Search, Search

I did do a search before asking. I apologize for any inconvenience. There was nothing that came up in my searches for how to resolve this issue.
Thanks for the info.

When you do a search and you see that there a lot problems with PowerPoint, a switch should go off.
Maybe I should start looking for alternate solutions.
Rarely do you find a perfect match to you question.
New ideas....

Wow! That is very rude. I can't believe the arrogance of some people. Why even bother writing anything if you're just criticizing.
Excuse me for my ignorance. You are obviously much smarter than me.
Good day to you!

Hello trishpaw,
I am not trying to be rude. The comments were not directed at you.
There are lot resources that can help you and me when it come to Captivate.
eg; Paul Wilson You Tube channel, Lilybiri Blog, elearningbrothers, the help manual for Captivate, stackoverflow, etc
Usually, when I search I am looking for solutions and ideas to solve the problem.
The search provides me with a lot information about the current state of the problem.
As a result, I am better info and hopefully better as asking questions.
Asking question is one of the best way to learn.
