I created a rather large module, publish it and I can not get it to upload to the lms. I get an invalid file error message. Contacted LMS and they say it is a problem with the file. I have NO IDEA what is wrong. Checked the settings, they are all correct as far as I can see. Any ideas where to start.

Are you publishing as a zipped SCORM package file from Captivate?

Have you tried uploading the same SCORM zip package to SCORM Cloud to see if it also says there's something wrong with the format?

I recently had a similar issue.

I created the course, made sure to have the Quiz Preferences checked On, but some information I entered in the details of the manifest had characters that the LMS did not like and rejected the SCORM file published as .zip

After simplifying the text, it all went smoothly.
