LMS Completion Issue - Has anyone seen this error

Hi,

I am loading a stand alone assessment from a vendor into our LMS (Taleo).

The Assessment runs fine in the LMS and records a score HOWEVER it will not register as complete.

This is the error we receive when loading to the LMS:

LoadMetadata (Manifest): LoadTechnical: Unsupported childNode found in Technical Metadata: pkgprop:ScormEnginePackageProperties

I can't find any resolution to this and I am hoping someone is familiar on how to fix this issue so the Assessment registers as Complete.

Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this!

Sherrie

    Thank you Kumard312279!

Unfortunately this is a vendor's file so I can't adjust it immediately and let you know the results.  HOWEVER I am passing this on to them ( I asked them to set it as you have it in the first screenshot BUT I didn't go into the settings tab...so this is new )

As soon as I have the new file from them I will let you know if it was successful.  I really appreciate your help.

Do you get the same error if you upload the same SCORM package to SCORM Cloud online LMS to test?

    Hi Rod,

When I loaded it to SCORM cloud it said my manifest looked great.  BUT when I dug in a bit I noticed the highlighted dropdown (in the picture attached).

Are you familiar with that?  Since it is not completing in the LMS do you think that is the issue?  My client used an outside vendor so I don't have the captivate file to look at, I am trying to get it from them, but not so sure they will share.

Thanks for any additional thoughts you might have.
