Logos

Any suggestions on the best way to upload and edit a logo so that it retains a nice clear image?  I am having trouble with pixeling even though I am using photoshop and paint to try to edit the image to size it before I put it in.  I am getting a product that is grainy and hard to read.  Is there another program I can use to retain clarity?  How can I do this in Captivate?

Thanks!

My approach would be to use a SVG because that is vector-based.

Any easy way to convert on my end or is this something the client should have on file?

I got an SVG file but then in video mode, there is just a blank space.  Not sure what to do about that.
