<2019 trial version 64bit> Blank screen

Hello all, 

I wonder if anyone has the similiar experience as mine? I installed the trial version of 2019 trial version (64bit Windows) but I failed to create a blank project.

    sometimes its because the RAM is low or more than one RAM consuming apps is open

    Did you install it on your system, not on a networked drive? You don't see the Welcome screen (looks blank on the screenshot)? Are your documents on a networked drive?

    Hello Lily, 

    Thanks to respond my question. 

    I believe it's my laptop's issue. After I rebooted it, the issue was gone.

    OK, restarting did clean up some weird things. It happens often. Thanks for the heads up.
