Mistakingly believing that Macs would run Captivate better, my managers graciously upgraded my team to high-end macbooks, to make our lives easier. We are running captivate in Mac for much of our editing work, but when it comes to capturing slides, we MUST capture our slides within Windows, which is what brings about our use of Parallels.
However, when I try to capture my fullscreen slides, I am only capturing 1/4 of the screen. When I record my slides, and then open up Captivate afterwards, I only ever get the top left 1/4 of my screen, even though I am recording at the appropriate resolution, and my red capture area box is situated correctly. For the life of me, I cannot figure out what I am doing incorrectly, that I cannot capture the full screen.
I looked through the forum, and through searches in google, but have been unable to find an answer. Does anyone here have experience with this, and if so, how did you correct it?
Please help me, Adobe-One-Screenobi... you are my only hope.
