missing the assets button at adobe captivate

Hello! there is no assets button at adobe captivate on my mac. any idea? thank you

    Which exact version number are you using? Please check under Help, About Captivate.

    11.5.4.613 on a Mac

    That is the most recent version which is compatible with Catalina. It is the only help I can offer, since I am a Windows user. You could try to Clean the Preferences. That can be done by running a CleanPreffrences... file whcih you find in the subfolder 'utils' under the installation folder. Captivate needs to be closed while running the file.
