Is it possible to have more than 1 quiz with its own result page and different review quiz options (one with review quiz and and one without).

Of course you did.

But the answer is the same.  Captivate only allows you to really have ONE quiz and one Quiz Result slide at the end of the quiz (though you can certainly mock up another quiz result slide at some intermediate point in the quiz using variables and advanced actions).

Invoking the Quiz Review will automatically jump you back to the first quiz slide.  You don't have any default way in Captivate to change that.  But you could trigger an Advanced Action ON SLIDE ENTER of that first quiz slide to jump immediately to a different quiz question.

This is a SCORM requirement: one quiz in one project. If you want to report to a LMS only one total score/percentages will be transferred.

However you can split up a quiz in two parts, and show 'intermediate' score slides to the user. Have a look at:
