Is there a way (without an LMS) for multiple users to simultaneously access a single Captivate file?

Hi Ric,

I'd love to be able to find a way to place a Captivate file on, say, a shared drive, and give multiple employees the ability to link to it simultaneously and take a quiz.

Hi mschellen and welcome to our community

The very nature of Captivate output (.EXE or .SWF/.HTM) allows for this. Just place the output in a common location and give the users a link to access it. I've never seen an issue with multiple users simultaneously accessing a single file.

The very job of a server is to simply serve files. Just like many McDonald's signs say: Billions and Billions served

Cheers... Rick
