Hi! I have a video on multiple slides. After the publication checked the Mute button. The button disables audio through the slide, i.e. on the current slide has disabled the audio, next don't disabled, the third disabled audio, etc. How to make that the audio in the video was blacked out everywhere and don't mute if we go to next slide? Thank you.

Your question is not totally clear to me. Are you talking about a multi-slide synchronized video? Or do you have multiple event videos on different slides? Is that 'Mute' button on a default playbar or a custom mute button? If Mute is on, what do you want to happen on the next slide?

Yes, I have multiple event videos on different slides. This is 'Mute' button on a default playbar.

When Mute is off on current slide, I want Mute off on all slides in my project. When I will go to next slide Mute needs to be off too.

If you have Administrator rights on your system, to clear the Preferences, look for the subfolder 'Utils' under the Captivate installation folder and run the file CleanPreferencesWin.bat.

If you do not have those rights, look in your profile (Users\your username) for the folder Captivate 9.0 under AppData\Local\Adobe. Captivate has to be closed, delete that folder and when you restart CP a fresh folder will be created. You can lose custom items, if you have a lot of them read this article: Captivate 8.0.1 Install? Keep your Customisation! - Captivate blog

The Layouts folder, which is a copy from the original one in the Captivate installation folder can be found in this path:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe\eLearning Assets
