Neospeech voices not available after installation
I've just installed the Technical Communications Suite 2017 that includes Captivate 2017 x32 & x64. Ran normally, no issues.
I downloaded the NeoSpeech x64 package and installed it using administrator privileges. Ran normally, no issues.
I only see the 2 default windows system voices, the additional Neospeech voices don't appear in the list.

I completely removed everything and re-installed making sure to use administrator privileges when I re-installed. No change.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
