Netflix message 7361-1253

I mindlessly accepted an update the other day, and now I get this error code with Netflix:  F7361-1253.  It is supposedly a connectivity problem, according to Netflix, but my husband is able to stream.  I use Firefox from a Mac OS 10.6.4.  Adobe 27.0 is installed, and always activated.  Also, since the update, I have been unable to play Facebook videos, and YouTube videos play, but without the sound.
