I downloaded trial versions and installed, wanting to type Serial number shows a message that is not adapted to CP2017 and shows me trial versions. I linked it to my adobe ID account but that did not work
Just seen this, if you've bought Captivate 9 is it a free upgrade or simply a trial to then upgrade permanently? My company has just updated to Captivate 9 so wondered if we can get upgrade to this instead.
When I turn on cp 2017 i get the message "continually trial or buy" when i buy buy and show me the box to enter serial number i type this from cp9 and i do not want to accept it. I understand that you can not update cp9 to 2017 version?
It is certainly not a free upgrade if you have a perpetual license. For subscription license it is possible to install this new version for free along the previous version.
I have a perpetual license and how well did you understand in case of such an option there is no possibility of free update yes? In that case why do I get a message telling me how to turn on cp9 about updating where i have to pull the trail and connect with my adobe id
