New Laptop - Same Subscription - Where do I Download Captivate?

I'm signed in and paid up on my subscription, when I go to "Manage Plan" then "Included Applications and Services" I see Adobe Captivate (see below), I click "Download" and I'm brought to a location where there is no choice for Adobe Captivate.

    Download the trial version from ProDesignTools

    Download the trial version from ProDesignTools or from the Adobe site:

    https://www.adobe.com/products/captivate/direct-download.html

    When logging in with the Adobe ID used for the subscription license, and having started the CC manager you'll be recognized when starting Captivate. If you have a perpetual license you'll need to enter the serial number.
