There is a problem with Captivate 2017 and the Free eLearning Assets on the third tab of the My Assets window. Normally what you would see would be the Free eLearning Assets from eLearning Brothers. I'm not sure if the contract between Adobe and eLearning Brothers has expired or someone has change the URL without making sure that the software would redirect correctly. My advice is to submit a bug report letting Adobe know that this page is no longer accessible. I will do the same. Use the following link to let Adobe know.

CP2017 doesn't have the full Assets panel, which is a new feature in version 11.5, the second main release under CP2019. But you still have eLearning assets, although some are missing (Quick Start Projects and ready-to-go slides are typical example).

However you do have eLearning Assets under the Public Documents (Windows). You can access the Characters directly from the Media button. You have more assets in the Gallery as well (like sounds). You have access to sample projects etc. You do have themes pacckaged with the version and you have access to parts of the eLearning Brother's libraries.

I don't know what you wanted to show with that screenshot?

You are mistaken Lilybiri. Captivate 2017 had an Assets icon in the toolbar that opened the My Assets window where you could select from cutout characters, Adobe stock images and the eLearning Brothers content. It was updated greatly in Captivate 2019 but was available in 2017 in a more basic form. Presently the third tab where the eLearning Brothers content would normally reside, 2017 users are getting a 404 error page.
